Routes to procurement

Crown Commercial Service Supplier

Procurement professionals in the UK public sector, including Health, Local Government, Devolved Administrations, Education and Not for Profit organisations can make substantial savings by using Crown Commercial Service (CCS) contracts as their procurement route.

CDS is on a number of CCS contracts (see details below). Procurement teams can benefit from an easier, more cost effective and lower risk route to procure the services they require. Private sector buyers may also be interested as companies on CCS contracts have to demonstrate their capability as well as meeting financial, ethical, environmental and quality criteria.

CDS is on several Pan Government frameworks. These include the Managed Print and Digital Solutions framework contract and the Technical Support (FATS) framework for Technical Services, available for use by customers across the public sector.

Digital Outcomes and Specialists (DOS) Framework

CDS is pleased to announce that they have been awarded a place on the UK Government’s new DOS Framework. See our blog for more information. Find a team to provide an outcome. To find a digital outcome, you need to tell suppliers about the situation or problem. They’ll then propose a solution to meet your needs.

G-Cloud 7

The G-Cloud 7 framework provides a commercial route for all our digital services for projects with a cloud-based element.

Our accredited security and G.I.S. services under the Government’s electronic Property Information and Mapping Service (e-PIMS), which holds information about the entire Central Civil estate and land assets, are utilised by every UK government department and all three devolved governments to manage the largest property, building and land portfolio in Europe. A range of services can be purchased through e-PIMS. Contact us for details.
